My sister starts university today at Reading. We dropped her off to her hall which is a fairly new building. Her room is lovely, her neighbours seem nice and it looks like she is going to have a really good time. You'd better work harder than I did :)

Met Tom this morning in London. We sat in Regents Park for a while eating strawberries and cream icecream and watching squirrels terrorise the pigeons. It was really good to see him after such a long time. After messing around for a while playing about with stuff at my house we got pretty hungry. Ended up in Kebabland in Harrow, which is deceptively posh... they should really consider changing their name. Had a lovely Mousakka and some Ayran which gave that nice warm feeling inside, its definately something I'm going to have again on a cold winters day. Tom dropped off a copy of Sinfest Volume One that Jo got for me from Page 45 in Nottingham. I've wanted this for years, its really great to have it in my hands. Can't wait for them to have Volume Two back in stock.

I was at Trax 2004 with Lc and his bro today. It was a car show/trackday event in Silverstone. There were some great cars about, saw an old Porsche GT2 firebreathing monster beating everything on the track. There was a loony in a Nissan 200SX getting his tail out on each corner. Saw some import Nissan Sunny GTI-R's on the 0-60 straight doing a consistant 4.7. A Lotus Esprit was next up, and showed some promise in the queue with its massive tires and burbling performance exhaust popping and banging on the overrun as the owner revved it. Not quite enough revs at the start and it ended up with around 5.6. I bet the Sunny owners had a smile on their face. Even so, the most fun was in the carpark, in the customs part and around the owners clubs where there was some serious rice going on. Looking forward to the next one.
